HOW TO USE

Shampoo: Massage Moroccanoil® Moisture Repair Shampoo throughout wet hair and scalp. Continue to add water to activate a rich lather from the highly concentrated formula. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Repeat if needed, and follow with Moroccanoil Moisture Repair Conditioner.
Conditioner: After shampooing, squeeze excess water and apply Moroccanoil® Moisture Repair Conditioner from mid-length to ends. Leave on for 1–2 minutes and rinse well. Use regularly for best results.
Treatment Oil: Apply 1–2 pumps of Moroccanoil® Treatment to clean, towel-dried hair, from mid-length to ends. Blow-dry or let dry naturally. Apply on dry hair to tame flyaways, condition split ends and smooth hair.
Hand Cream: Massage a pea-sized amount onto clean hands and cuticles daily, as often as needed.

If you find you want to return your goods for a refund all you have to do is print out a prepaid label and return to us at any post office. Return postage will be charged at £3.95 if goods aren’t received faulty or damaged. The postal charge will be deducted from the total refund of your order.

The easiest way to exchange goods is to buy the product you require and simply return the unwanted goods to us for a refund. When we received your unwanted order we will refund and deduct the return postal charge of £3.95.

Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel their order for a full refund within 90 days. This cancellation period starts the day after receiving the goods. All returns and exchanges must be unused and be in a re-saleable condition. We do not offer refunds on goods which are used and may not offer suitable performance for hair type or colour. We recommend purchasing or obtaining free samples of products before the customer buys the larger sized product. We will honour refunds and exchanges for electrical goods which develop faults if used. Rarely orders can go missing in the post. If an order does go missing, we need the customer to confirm in writing they will assist us in a claim from the courier before any refund is issued. The courier will open an investigation, and track the delivery driver using GPS to locate where the package was delivered. The courier will also contact you. Investigations can take up to 7 working days. After the 7-day period if the goods can’t be located we will issue a full refund. Promotional Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers offered free with a product can be redeemed up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Acceptance of order & sale of goods We will accept order confirmation the day after the goods are received by the customer.
