Return postage will be charged at £3.95 if goods aren't received faulty or damaged. The postal charge will be deducted from the total refund of your order.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange goods is to buy the product you require and simply return the unwanted goods to us for a exchange within 14 days. When we received your unwanted order we will exchange and deduct the return postal charge of £3.95. Due to strict hygiene rules on the sale of cosmetics, we cannot accept return of these products for exchange or refund if used or tested. If returned as “unused” we do weigh the polishes and check against the shipped weight. If we found to have been used or tested the polish will need to be returned to customer at their cost.

Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel their order for a full refund within 14 days. This cancellation period starts the day after purchasing the goods. All returns and exchanges must be unused and be in a re-saleable condition. We do not offer refunds on goods which are used and may not offer suitable performance for hair type or colour. We recommend purchasing or obtaining free samples of products before the customer buys the larger sized product. We will honour refunds and exchanges for electrical goods which develop faults if used. Rarely orders can go missing in the post. If an order does go missing, we need the customer to confirm in writing they will assist us in a claim from the courier before any refund is issued. The courier will open an investigation, and track the delivery driver using GPS to locate where the package was delivered. The courier will also contact you. Investigations can take up to 7 working days. After the 7-day period if the goods can’t be located we will issue a full refund. Promotional Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers offered free with a product can be redeemed up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Acceptance of order & sale of goods We will accept order confirmation the day after the goods are received by the customer. If a product is priced incorrectly via our website or any other publication we reserve the right to withdraw the offer before the goods are shipped.
